Sotheby's International where I specialize in luxury homes in Connecticut. Today I'm happy to be in Sharon Connecticut where I'm going to give you a little tour and then show you a couple of houses that have been sold recently to give you an idea what the price points are here in Sharon.
So behind me is Mudge Pond otherwise known as Silver Lake I don't know why they have two names for it but that's what they do in Sharon it's a beautiful Lake and behind me is the town beach where it gets very crowded in the summer, you do need a permit to get here so if you want to go to the town beach you need to buy a house, so give me a call!
So let's start the tour and at the end of it like I said I'm going to show you a couple of houses that have been sold recently okay let's go. Hey guys so another great thing about Sharon is it has its own cute little Playhouse right near the center of town you can walk there from the center of town it's called the Sharon Playhouse and every summer they have musicals and plays throughout the whole summer so if you're here in the summer in Sharon come check it out, it's really a a beautiful theater it's well a worth a visit.
